14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at the details below before the 14-day period expires.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at peteasemalta@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
